Back in 2022, we completed works on The Mercian: Birmingham's tallest residential tower (at the time).

Working alongside our long-term client John Sisk and Sons, we helped deliver 481 apartments across 42 storeys.

Located on Birmingham's iconic Broad Street, The Mercian is now one of the city's most sought-after apartment spaces, offering a stylish and exclusive living experience across an incredible 35,000 sq ft. Residents can enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a Games Lounge, 24/7 gym, cinema room, co-working areas, a private dining space, Resident's Lounge and a stunning rooftop terrace - complete with a 200 metre running track.

The apartments - ranging from stylish studios to 3-bedroom suites - were fully decorated by our expert team, using top-quality water-based products from Dulux. We also carried out all decoration works in the communal areas, including the large atrium entrance, corridors, utility rooms, and maintenance areas.

Completing high-end decorations in the heart of Birmingham - on one the busiest streets in the city - certainly presented logistical complications, particularly as it coincided with Paradise Circus being completely redeveloped. However, thanks to excellent cooperation and planning from Sisk, Moda and our team, we were able to overcome these challenges and deliver the project successfully.
