Our project at Shepherd Street involved full decoration works of four high-end residential spaces. The redevelopment included three three-story townhouses, plus a three-bed basement property. As with all our luxury residential projects, our decorating team had a strict specification to follow and delivered quality job to the highest standard.

We are delighted to be working with Benniman Ltd on their high-end warehouse space at St Modwen Park Wellingborough.

St. Modwen Park is located at Stanton Cross, which is the flagship mixed-use development for Northamptonshire and will provide more than 1.5m sq ft of logistics, leisure, retail and office space, delivering around 3,000 new jobs and investing over £1 billion into the local town.

Our work with Benniman involved all decoration works throughout the warehouse development and internal office spaces, including a walls, staircases, ceilings and trims, finished with expert Dulux products.

RAF Brize Norton is the largest station of the Royal Air Force. In 2016, Balfour Beatty undertook a £42 million pound project, building a brand new 3-bay hangar for the Airbus A400M Atlas aircraft. FH Harvey were awarded the full decoration package for this 24,000 sq m project, including all walls, ceiling and steel work.

Built around an exquisite manor house, Shepperton Studios has been home to many popular films and TV programmes over the years, dating back to as early as 1931.

36 acres of backlot and huge workshops spaces, Shepperton attracts award-winning talent and is an ideal base for all types of production.

Part of the Pinewood Group, our project at Shepperton included adding 17 new sound stages to the existing 14, bringing the total production space to one million square feet.

The expansion included variety of new buildings and purpose-built sound stages for filming, as well as workshops and administration offices for productions.

Our team have carried out all decoration works, including painting plasterboard and brickwork walls, doors and trims and the application of epoxy floorpaint. Netflix signed a new ten-year lease with the studios in line with the expansion plans, hoping to create a wealth of new jobs and showing their “commitment to the UK creative industry”.

Project Oak was a redevelopment project involving the partial demolition and extension of Charlton House, the global headquarters for Spirax-Sarco Engineering Group.

Home to the Group for over 80 years, the Grade II listed building has been completely refurbished, with a brand new four-storey extension built alongside it. The new headquarters offers open plan fiooring, ideal for flexible working, allowing team members to move into the original house using the mezzanine levels accessible through stairs and lift. Colleagues can also enjoy a brand new fitness and wellbeing space, directly connected to biodiverse garden area with wonderful countryside views.

The FH Harvey team carried out all decoration works on this project, including all walls, ceilings and trims across both the original building and new extension. The building boasts many sustainable features, such as air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and solar control glass, and has been awarded an 'Outstanding' BREAMM rating for its sustainable design.

This is our second project within the Elephant and Castle regeneration, an ambitious project to not only build almost 3,000 new homes on the former Heygate estate but to create 6,000 jobs during and after construction and use the project as a huge opportunity to train construction skills to local workers.

Completion: July 2017

FH Harvey secured this mixed-use 123,000 sq ft project in Feb 2017 for Kier. Situated on the Kings Cross Development in Central London, the building includes office areas, a cinema complex, retail space, restaurants and an underground carpark.

Our team carried out full decoration works throughout the project. This included painting all walls, plasterboard and ceilings, as well as sealing concrete and the application of resin flooring.

In 2022, we worked with Kier Construction on the delivery of 10 Lewis Cubitt Square, part of Meta Kings Cross.

The building boasts 196,000 sq ft with nine floors of office space, including a wraparound terrace on the fifth floor.

The FH Harvey team carried out various decoration and floor works throughout. This including painting all ceilings and walls, applying sealer to concrete, and the installation of resin flooring using Watco specialist products.

Abcam is a supplier of life science research tools. We worked with Kier to deliver a new 3-storey laboratory building and 4-storey office building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Our works involved full decoration of both buildings, including the application of specialist hygiene coatings in the labratory environments.
