Battersea Power Station is one of the capital's most impressive and iconic buildings. This project included commerical and retail developments, as well as an 7,000 sq m extension to the phase 3A residential building, in which FH Harvey carried out full decoration works throughout.

This includes walls, ceilings and woodwork to 204 apartments across 15 floors, including communal corridors, lobbies, staircases and three levels of basement.

Network W1 is Derwent London's brand new showstopping workspace. 135,000 sq ft of impressive flexible office space across 10 floors, the building features a 2,290 sq ft private terrace, 7,480 sq ft communal garden and 259 cycle spaces, including e-bike charge points.

All interior decoration works across the building were carried out by the FH Harvey team, including the reception, office spaces and communal areas.

Built around an exquisite manor house, Shepperton Studios has been home to many popular films and TV programmes over the years, dating back to as early as 1931.

36 acres of backlot and huge workshops spaces, Shepperton attracts award-winning talent and is an ideal base for all types of production.

Part of the Pinewood Group, our project at Shepperton included adding 17 new sound stages to the existing 14, bringing the total production space to one million square feet.

The expansion included variety of new buildings and purpose-built sound stages for filming, as well as workshops and administration offices for productions.

Our team have carried out all decoration works, including painting plasterboard and brickwork walls, doors and trims and the application of epoxy floorpaint. Netflix signed a new ten-year lease with the studios in line with the expansion plans, hoping to create a wealth of new jobs and showing their “commitment to the UK creative industry”.

In the heart of Oxford North, The Red Hall is a prime workspace for freelancers, entrepreneurs and start-ups, with over 32,000 sq ft of office space spanning across five floors. The building accommodates a range of science and innovation businesses, and also includes a cafe-bar, retail units, community space, and co-working spaces.

The FH Harvey team carried out all interior decoration works on this project, including the application of resin flooring.

Replacing Castle Farm Recreation Centre on Fishponds Road, the new multi-million pound facility features a six-court sports hall, 80-station gym, two fitness studios and cycling studio and a new HQ for Kenilworth Scouts and Guides.

Led by KIER Group, the project replaces the old recreation centre with larger improved facilities encompassing an 80-station gym, two fitness studios, dedicated group cycling studio, a six-court sports hall and new pétanque terrain. As well as both indoor and outdoor changing rooms the centre has a fully equipped 'changing place' facility, with a hoist and bed to meet the needs of the disabled which can be used by any visitor to the adjacent park or town.

FH Harvey UK Ltd were delighted to be involved in this project, delivering decoration works throughout, including walls, trims and ceilings.

Abcam is a supplier of life science research tools. We worked with Kier to deliver a new 3-storey laboratory building and 4-storey office building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Our works involved full decoration of both buildings, including the application of specialist hygiene coatings in the labratory environments.

We are delighted to be working with Benniman Ltd on their high-end warehouse space at St Modwen Park Wellingborough.

St. Modwen Park is located at Stanton Cross, which is the flagship mixed-use development for Northamptonshire and will provide more than 1.5m sq ft of logistics, leisure, retail and office space, delivering around 3,000 new jobs and investing over £1 billion into the local town.

Our work with Benniman involved all decoration works throughout the warehouse development and internal office spaces, including a walls, staircases, ceilings and trims, finished with expert Dulux products.

This is our second project within the Elephant and Castle regeneration, an ambitious project to not only build almost 3,000 new homes on the former Heygate estate but to create 6,000 jobs during and after construction and use the project as a huge opportunity to train construction skills to local workers.

Completion: Spring 2018

Working once more with ISG Construction Ltd, our team carried out full decoration works across the leisure centre, including specialist applications to the swimming pool area, dance studio, fitness suite and changing facilities. The building did present some access challenges, but were easily overcome with the help of our advanced equipment.
